G-Series– Calculated Imagery
Porto, 2016

A series of original works of real time algorithmically calculated moving imagery (video art), resulting from the exploration of the intersticial space between author’s creative vision and randomness. Using algorithms as a medium of artistic creation, the author developed principles and methods that supported the calculation of digital data systems that, by integrating stochastic processes, were able to calculate new images, in constant variation. The works were exhibited at Goethe Institute Porto during the year 2016.
